August dove into the world of yoga over 25 years ago. Influenced by various styles of yoga she has landed squarely in the vinyasa flow tradition. Building healthy movement patterns while developing a consistent, breath-centered practice in a playful yet challenging environment is how August flows. Thoughtful guidance is the name of the game.
She is FOREVER a student seeking new learning opportunities and experiences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a 500 hr E-RYT teacher and practicing Thai Yoga Therapist. When not in studio, August hosts international retreats, workshops and collaborates with fellow movement leaders on future projects.

Beth , a native ColoRADan, recently relocated to McCall with her two girls and husband; prior to moving they resided in Crested Butte where everyone enjoyed mountain living to the fullest! In 2018, Beth opened her own Barre studio; however, in 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic forced her to close the doors. Passionate about connecting with others, Beth found a local yoga studio where she could continue teaching Barre!
She loves helping others feel good about themselves through movement & community; valuing clients mental and physical health Beth strives to meet people where they are by creating a welcoming & safe learning environment. Beth is excited to join the Headwaters Team and grow with the studio & its community.

Chelsea discovered yoga back in 2013 while she was a busy working momma. She quickly found yoga to be calming, centering and allowed her to be more present. Chelsea has an extensive dance background, movement and breath feel both natural and expressive. Since completing her RYT 200hr training in 2018 she has had the pleasure of teaching at multiple studios and continued her education through workshops.
Chelsea’s classes are inclusive for all, combining both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style. Expect to move, sweat, breathe, but most importantly smile. She welcomes new opportunities to share her love and passion for yoga with others and is always eager to meet new yogi’s in the community and build a connection with her students.

Deb was raised in McCall growing up among the pines and around the waters of Payette Lake and River she has a strong sense of place, home and community. Deb believes in the power of movement to awaken the senses and she also likes to help others find joy in moving their bodies. Deb was a certified Jazzercise Instructor in the 80’s-90’s, taught Yoga, is a comprehensively certified Balance Body Pilates Instructor, became a licensed GYROKINESIS® Trainer in 2023, and she is also a student of Qigong, through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.
Deb loves spending time with family and grandchildren, her husband Rick, her dog Moki and being active in the community.

Dr. Brandi Solace is a licensed, board-certified naturopathic physician who has been practicing since 2007. She earned her doctorate degree from Bastyr University in Seattle Washington before settling in McCall and opening her practice - Solace Natural Medicine.
Dr. Solace provides preventative healthcare for all ages specializing in digestive care, hormone balance and healthy aging.
Motivated and proactive, Dr. Brandi is a practitioner who understands the importance of educating her clients; she empowers patients to actively participate in their wellness journeys through collaboration and goal setting while establishing healthy habits. Live life to your full potential!
